Assisted Living/16 hour Medication Management

Class Price: $295.00

    • Winter weather/snow day policy: Classes may be delayed or cancelled if we experience winter weather including icy road conditions. Our procedure for notifying everyone if we have decided to delay or cancel a class is as follows:

      1. Call (775) 762-8039 and listen to our automated voicemail. 
      2. We will post the decision to delay or cancel a class due to weather or road conditions on the voicemail by 6 am the morning of the scheduled class.

       As of November 1st a new attendance policy will go into motion. We will be overbooking our 16 hour class. 22 people can apply for the class but only the first 15-18 students that show up, on time will be permitted into the classroom. This is our solution to the amount of NO CALL/NO SHOWS and our ever growing waitlist.

                     -If the one enrolled fails to show up for class, they will be charged a no show fee.

                     -If the one enrolled arrives on time/before the class begins but is unable to attend due to the course already reaching its maximum capacity, they will have the opportunity to move their registration to a new date or ask for a refund.

                     -If the one enrolled shows up no later than 15 minutes late to class and there is still room, it is up to the Instructor whether or not they will be able to attend.

                     -All NO CALL/NO SHOWS will be charged a fee.

  • NOSHOW/NO CALL policy: Please contact us if you are unable to make your scheduled class, either via email at majenadmin@majentraining.com or by phone at (775) 762-8039.  We require 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your registration. Failure to notify will be charged a no show/no call fee. Please remember our classes are limited in size.  
  • Credits/rescheduling: All credits must be used within 90 days. Pre-paid classes can be rescheduled two times ONLY.

 

Cancellation

The student may cancel their enrollment within three business days of signing the enrollment agreement and is eligible for a refund of all monies paid for tuition and fees.

Process for cancellation of the enrollment agreement:

Enrollment Cancellation Form is located online at www.majentraining.com. From can be submitted to the Admission Office via email at majenadmin@majentraining.com or in person at 1005 Terminal Way, Suite 145, Reno, Nevada. MAJEN, LLC will refund all monies paid by the student within 15 days of the cancellation request. Students who cancel after the three-day cancellation period are subject to the refund policy.

  • Check in begins at 8:40 am
  • We begin promptly at 9:00 am
  • Light snacks, coffee/tea, and water are provided. Student's are on their own for lunch, and we break for lunch from 12-1 pm.  A microwave is available.
  • Saturday attendees- The doors to the building are locked until 8:30 am. You cannot enter the building until after 8:30 am.
  • We check I.D. at check in. Please have proper identification available.

From US 395 North, take the Mill Street off ramp; turn right on to Mill Street. Turn Right on to Terminal Way. Turn right into driveway of 1005 Terminal Way.

From US 395 South take the Mill Street off ramp; turn left on to Mill Street. Turn Right on to Terminal Way. Turn right into driveway of 1005 Terminal Way.

Bus routes that run the closest are Route 14, South Island, get off at Grand Sierra Resort and Route 19, Wells Airport, get off at Terminal and Vassar.
