Winter weather/snow day policy: Classes may be delayed or cancelled if we experience winter weather including icy road conditions. Our procedure for notifying everyone if we have decided to delay or cancel a class is as follows:

  1. Call (775) 762-8039 and listen to our automated voicemail. 
  2. We will post the decision to delay or cancel a class due to weather or road conditions on the voicemail by 6 am the morning of the scheduled class.
    • Classes are limited to 15 people and students. Because we are limiting the size of our classes, 

        • NOSHOW/NO CALL policy: Please contact us if you are unable to make your scheduled class, either via email at majenadmin@majentraining.com or by phone at (775) 762-8039.  We require 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your registration. Failure to notify will be charged a no show/no call fee. Please remember our classes are limited in size. Your registration holds a seat in that class. 
        • Credits/rescheduling: All credits must be used within 90 days. Pre-paid classes can be rescheduled two times ONLY.

This class fulfills NAC 435.675 – 435.705.  The Medication Management recertification needs to be completed every two years following the initial certification and is three hours long.  This course covers documentation necessary in medication assistance and the regulations including any changes that govern the Supportive Living community.  This class will also cover medication specifics, what to do if an error has been made, or if a resident experiences and adverse reaction.


You have 30 days from the course date to report non receipt of certificates, or fee(s) will apply.
